My overall stay was ok, average at best.
There were 2 or 3 people working the front desk who thought it’d be funny to target me and abuse me on my first 3 days of staying there until I blew up on them then it stopped then things were ok.
What did they do you might wonder? They kept resetting the key to my room whereby I had to go up and down the hotel multiple times per day everyday the first few days to have them set it straight again because it would magically “not work” and I was being told their system is old and needed an upgrade and it was a hotel wide issue.
After doing some talking to other staff members and guests I found out that I was the only one having the issue and realized I was being targeted and that’s when I snapped and lost it at the front desk staff. After that my card magically kept working fine and had no issues.
They didn’t offer me anything for the troubles they caused me nor did they acknowledge any wrong doing. If other staff members weren’t nice and polite then I wouldn’t even want to give them one star at all.
The property is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, maybe when it was brand new but it is definitely dated and I would rate it a 2 star hotel at best. Cheers!
