"As a big chain hotel, we generally knew it was going to be a good familiar choice. We loved the surroundings and found the Bikini ART Museum attached to the hotel to fun addition. Lots of parking available as well as a gas station, variety store and restaurant. Check-in was a bit slow because we had to input our information into a tablet ourselves."

Staff were delightful and very helpful. Good off road parking under the hotel. Only 5 mins walk away No5 tram goes into centre of Heidelberg (€3.40). Would stay here again if in the area."

We used the gym and bar. We had 2 rooms booked for our family of 4 and enjoyed the space each room provided. Also steeped in history. The castle was a seat of one of the most important rulers of Germany. Definitely worth a visit and overnight stay. Great dinner options in the old town center."

I booked this place mainly because of the access to the pools next door (RapSoDie) which is now, unfortunately, closed for reconstruction. "The hotel is located in the centre of a commercial area. This means that there are plenty of shopping facilities just a few metres away. The rooms are clean and very new, as they have just been renovated, and the room also had a fridge. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work. The reception was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. As the hotel is right next to a McDonald's it can get very noisy, so always make sure you get a quiet room at the back. The parking situation is not easy...
