Le centre historique de Heidelberg est situé à 3 km de cette même gare. Bien que l'hôtel soit un peu excentré, il est relié par autobus et tramway au centre. Le buffet déjeuner est très correct. Les lieux sont calmes et le personnel, aimable et attentionné. Somme toute, un excellent choix pour visiter Heidelberg."

Calls to reception are not being answered and staff is absent during checkout causing 15min delays."
