"Had everything we need for a great holiday. Paradigm mall is just next door. Food and shopping are amazing with plenty of choices. Really enjoyed the apartment. Spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and dryer. Pool was awesome and private. Not to mention how huge it was. "This is a 5star hotel with all facilities. The gym is excellent and the pool is fantastic. Dining options offer a buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and buffet dinner with lots of variety. Seniors 60+ gets 50% off which is a real treat!
There is a covered linked bridge from the hotel to one of the largest mall which is in the area. It’s very convenient with a 5-7 minutes walk. The mall has 40+ restaurants and also a food court. Food variety is aplenty!
The hotel staff from the bell boy to front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff, their services are excellent and exceptional. They are always smiling, polite, courteous and friendly and never fail to enquire if everything is good.
The hotel also provides free transportation to a few other mall locations nearby. Parking is complimentary to guests as well.
All in all, I’ll give this hotel an A++. I’ll definitely book this hotel again!"

"I have serious issues about the lift, which appears to be very faulty. It has no aircon and is very humid, and it does not work properly. From the second floor it is a problem to go down and the doors are not working properly. They will close three times before the lift will actually move. The "close doors" button does not work anymore. Someone is going to get stuck in those lifts one day.
While you are here there are no cleaners and the towels are not changed each day. So you must remake the bed yourself.
Better off paying an extra $10 a night and you can get another hotel in the same area with more service."
