Very clean. Cafe next door. In room laundry. Walkable to everything. The only issue we had was the gym was not next door. Website and AI instructions need updating as Gym 10 mins walk away but had great facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice apartment close to train station. We were able to store our luggages in a room before and after our stay. The light switches were confusing. One of the bedside table light did not work. We could use a few more smaller sized pots and pans. Some of the dishes were not cleaned. I wish they would offer more tea bags for a group of 4 people. Since it was the last leg of our trip, we used the washer. The cycle took way too long for wash and dry. I think it was 5 to 6 hours and the clothes were not even dried. They were only spinning dried. We ended up have to use the hair dryer to dry the clothes.

It was a great space in a great location. A market next door made the kitchenette really useful. Bathroom was tight, but functional.

Hotel is very clean. Staff are pleasant and always wear a smile. The room is superb and you'd feel relaxed, comfortable, safe and at home. Having a 25h shop downstairs also makes a big difference.

The hotel’s concierge is incompetent and barely understands English. I booked their charter yacht as a bday surprise to my girlfriend and they ruined the surprise factor by revealing it her immediately during check-in.
