“Lovely trip to Bologna, great hotel, a short walk into the town. Jose was a charming and friendly host and the room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We would definitely come back if we are ever in Bologna again. Thank you!”

“The hotel is a bit simple in the residential area, not even a proper sign outside so it is not all that easy to find. The room is simple although size is not too small, but not all that comfortable. The room was not made up on the 2nd day. Breakfast is provided by cafe outside the hotel, with one pce of bread and a coffee only. The advantage of this hotel is location, within 2 minuts walk it is already the town center. Although price very low, but I don't think I will stay in the hotel again.”

“They tell you check in is at 3pm, I show up at 3:30 after traveling for 16 hours and they tell me that the room won't be ready until 4:30. A non italian speaking person (Not even English for that matter) comes to greet me and literally I wait in the room while another non Italian speaking person cleans the room with me in it. The password to the wifi was bogus, once i got on it keep on dropping every 10-15 minutes. The situation was never fixed over the 5 days I was there. There wasn't even a……
