This was the perfect house for our long weekend getaway. The set up with a hot tub, wood burning fireplace, and privacy was just what we needed. It was only a 10 minute drive into downtown Estes and the floor plan was great for our group 7\. Some elements of the house were a bit dated (kitchen). But the unique set up and functionality of the kitchen still made it fun to cook group dinners each evening. When you walk in the door we were in ah. It was beautiful! The kids loved the tree house and the kids room. So much so that they couldn’t wait to get back each day. Very kid friendly.
