Welcome to The Sea Ranch 2, your perfect beach getaway in Evans Head! This charming two-bedroom unit is recently updated with new flooring and a brand new kitchen, providing modern comfort for families seeking a relaxing coastal holiday.

Located just 650m from main beach, 850m from Airforce Beach, and 1km from the town centre, The Sea Ranch 2 is ideally positioned to enjoy all that Evans Head has to offer. You can leave your car in the secure lock-up garage and take advantage of the shared bicycle and walking track that stretches from Airforce Beach to main beach, along the river foreshore and into the town centre. Take a scenic walk to local restaurants, clubs, and shops and soak up the stunning scenery along the way.

The Sea Ranch 2 is part of a quiet complex of four units, providing peace and tranquility during your stay. The shared laundry and spacious courtyard are perfect for meeting your friendly neighbors and enjoying the salty sea breeze and sunshine. If you're traveling with another family, consider booking the other unit in the complex for a truly memorable holiday together.

This is a privately owned holiday home that the owners have graciously opened to the public, allowing guests to experience an authentic Evans Head lifestyle. Please note, this property is not a serviced apartment and hotel-style amenities or services are not provided.

Linen: Linen and towels are not included. However, pillows, mattress protectors, and blankets/doonas are provided. If you require linen for your holiday, please arrange to hire it prior to your arrival.

A $30.00 booking fee and $50.00 cleaning fee applies to all bookings.

Great Location, Older Unit, Very Clean.

The pic on this site are prob a bit out dated. The unit is old but comfortable, off street parking with lock up garage at rear. Great location easy walk to beach areas. The unit was very clean. Laundry located back of unit next door but no dryer. No air con or heating. Two pedestal fans one badly rusted no portable heater stayed during colder month. Appliances very old but working none test tagged but not sure what industry requirements are, surprised smoke alarm did not go off from bathroom steam as located outside door. Toilet has loud pipe noise not good over night. Very small hot water system not sure how family would go. Iron board a little bench top thing with broken legs & dirty iron. There was a cassette player you could get some cassettes at the local opp shop but the batteries were badly leaking in it. The BBQ located out back next to 6 garbage bins but you need to buy timber. This is a good little unit but needs a fresh look at what it is offering.

The property needed a good clean and refresh. Didn’t look like bathroom had been cleaned and there was blood on the floor. One frying pan was dirty and not washed properly. Needs a good spring clean.

Value for money

Good location. Value for money at the time we stayed. Much better than staying in a cabin at the holiday park- much more room and and two bedrooms. Property was in a clean state when we arrived. We didn't care that it's an older property. Key pick up and drop off was too easy.

Very tired and 70's feel

No heating, one small shelf for food, old crockery and non matching cutlery, no bathroom exhaust fan, small triangular shower with plastic curtain, no communication from agent, owner or cleaner in one month of letting, no WiFi, no vacuum cleaner, window cutain in kitchen incomplete (privacy), single beds uncomfortable, couch uncomfortable. Needs a good makeover before letting again.

Value for money

'You get what you pay for' - sums up this apartment. It was clean, great location in terms of the beach, clubs and shops, its just tired. It could really do with a make over, but that's why its cheap. But I would stay here again for the price.

The listing is a LIE. There is no gym or pool as advertised

The accommodation was ok but the listing was a LIE!!!!!! Beware!!!!! I have tried several times to ring Stayz & Vrbo and no one will take responsibility for the wrong listing advice. The Evans Head Elders Real Estate say the wrong listing is the Styaz responsibility and Stayz says it is theirs so I have been going around in circles for months with no success. The listing advertised a gym and a pool and neither of these were available. If you have a family and were counting on a pool then there is not one there. There is no gym either and even though I've contacted Elders and Stayz no one has changed the advertisement. I contacted both the agent and Stayz and neither of them will take responsibility for the wrong advertising nor give me a discount for wrong listing. I certainly would not recommend anyone booking through Stayz/Vrbo as there is no follow up if there is a problem WARNING!!!!! The ad for the property is a LIE
