“Stayed here 1 night, to go skiing in Cervinia for 2 days. Works well for that, simple, reasonable price and relative convenient, self check in and good breakfast next morning. The only thing that we were not so happy with was that there were no duvets, only sheets with bedcover. Though everything else, bathroom, sheets etc was nice and clean. Bedcover was obviously not cleaned every day, but as it was too cold to sleep with just a thin sheet, we had to leave the bedcover on…. I really didn’t ……

“Room was fine, mostly clean. Paid extra for the jacuzzi tub and it was a little gross and outdated. Would stay again just not in a "suite"”

“We had the perfect 2-night stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding and staff kept the breakfast buffet spread constantly topped up with a large variety of food. It was a delightful surprise when we were upgraded to a room with the Matterhorn view. The only regret was that our stay was too short to try out the pool facility. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Zermatt city centre near the train station.”
