"This is a return stay, it honestly will probably be my go to property when I boat the Charlotte area… located near plenty shopping and resturaunts.. located secs away from interstate but in a clean and quite community, inside is clean and very cozy with mordern decor"

"Walked into an unclean rental. The Landings make you fill out paperwork for you and all of your guests (over the top), thinking it’s a reputable place and then we arrive to a washing machine full of dirty laundry, dirty linens on the beds, no toilet paper, no clean towels or rugs (maybe all dirty in washing machine?) no soap, limited supplies in kitchen, no garbage bags. It’s like the previous guests tried to be helpful and the cleaning crew decided not to show up. We call the Emergency...
