"The room was wonderful. The food was good and the staff were always helpful, friendly and polite. The bathroom in our room was a little old fashioned and the shower had to be hand held. However, this was not really a problem. Everything else was so good, that honestly, a tiny problem like that was nothing really. Would come again to this lovely hotel."

"The hotel was excellent, as were the flights to from the Uk to Jersey, with Blue island flights.
However the same could not be said for Expedia, we booked and paid for a package, including the flights and hotel. Within an hour Expedia came back to us saying the return flights were not available. We asked for a full refund but Expedia would only refund us for the return flight?? We booked return flight with Blue island ourselve (plane was only half full) we will not use Expedia again. "
