It was so quiet you could hear your ears ringing. the sky was clear and beautiful we saw shooting stars, the milky way and just beautiful night sky. if your in to books this is a place to explore. the owner had to have thousands of books and they were all well organized. some of the books were published in the early 1900’s. the host was very friendly and I am assuming that he put a lot of love into building this home. “Stayed here SEVERAL times. All ways clean as ever. I actually feel bad because I forgot to tip by housekeeper per normal! It is a hidden gem. (I am in the hotel business and this place beats the market out of the park! shhhhh) :)”

“Nice place to stay with your family if you want a quiet getaway. House was clean and cozy on the inside. Loved the enclosed porch, and kids had a blast playing and sleeping out there. Really close to the Jackson River trail and a lot of beautiful sights. ”
