"The room was perfectly sized and was handicapped accessible. The fold out couch wasn’t comfortable. The beds just right. The AC was hard to adjust and too warm at night. Loved access to the fridge, microwave and over sized TV. The breakfast had plenty of choices. I loved the iced cold lemon water in the foyer. The pool was not inviting and the gym was too crowded with equipment. Getting drivable access's to the front was challenging. The outside flower beds need to be improved…that’s the first Impression when entering the hotel,"

"I booked this hotel because it said it had a pool. I had family come from south Texas to visit my 5 grandchildren. I booked it here online and when we got to the hotel was was informed the pool was under construction. Kids couldn’t swim and was bored and miserable! I think It should be on the website if pool is available or not! Very upset cause I couldn’t get a cancellation or refunded $ so we could have gone to another hotel where a pool was available. "
