Nestled in a private community with direct access to the Shining Sea Bike Path, and under a mile walk to one of the most beautiful private beaches on the Cape. Also located within 2 miles of Old Silver Beach. 3300 Sq ft 4 bed, 2/12 bath home has 2 living rooms, two dining areas, state of the art kitchen with newer appliances, and a game room. BBQ on the patio. Bring your bikes for a fabulous way to explore Cape Cod.
Tenant agrees to not have more than the number of maximum number of guests without prior authorization from host.
Tenant agrees to pay additional fees for excess garbage removal $50 per contractor bag of trash beyond the what fills the garbage cans provided
Tenant agrees to pay additional fees for excess cleaning at a rate of $50 per hour for cleaning services. Excess cleaning may be required for large messes, stains to carpet, excess trash removal, or any cleaning required beyond what is normal and customary for the cleaning of the house.
Tenant agrees to pay for any damage caused to the house, or its contents including furniture, glassware, cookware, art, carpets, walls, linens, any other contents of the house.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay in Falmouth. It is a 12 minute walk to the beach and had everything we needed for a fun vacation. Nice outdoor area and lots of space inside to entertain. The neighborhood is lovely- perfect for walking and running!

Wonderful property!

This is a beautiful home - completely renovated, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, lovely furniture. We loved the nearby private beach - very charming. Great communication with our host. Would definitely return.

My husband and I stayed with our friends - it was an amazing stay - clean, specialist, beautiful house, good back yard, 15 minutes walking to a private beach and right next to a bike bike. We enjoyed our stay. Special Thank you to Thomas who was super responsive to all questions/asks and managed. Thank you!

Beautiful Family Vacation Home

Nestled on a quiet road, close to a gorgeous private beach, this home provided all the needs for a large family to reunite and have a lot of fun! There was two living rooms and two dining rooms which allowed us to have the kids in one place and the adults in another! Also the games room down the stairs really helped the kids have a great time. We really had the best time at this home and would recommend it to any large family.

Family stay

This beautifully appointed home was in a perfect location for our annual Thanksgiving family time. The bike path was nearby and the beaches we had access to for walking and watching sunsets were a bonus. Thomas, our property manager, was helpful and supportive whenever we needed to talk to him. He always responded quickly and effectively. Thanks Thomas. Thanks also to the home owners. We enjoyed our time on the Cape.

Cape Cod vacation

The location of the property is amazing within walking distance from a private beach and steps away from the bike trail. Unfortunately the basement where the washing and dryer machines are located has mold and a lot of old things, broken and left in a pile. The same situation is in the garage with piles of old things and with a smell of mold so terrible it makes you choke. The garden was also completely neglected with weeds growing everywhere. The property is listed with 3 bathrooms but has in fact only 2 1/2 bathrooms wich makes the access to the bathroom for 8 people very difficult
