“When we arrived the garbage was overflowing and smelled the whole tiny house up. Texted host and she said to get the garabage cans from the curb and do it ourselfs with no apologie. They will not refund your money. Terrible!”

“The house was very nice unfortunately the tubs in the bathroom along with the shower curtains were not clean at all. Also the towels smelt very moldy! Hopefully they address this soon! Other than that it was a really nice house ”

“This property was very cute with decoration and the guest can see how much work they have put into this property. The space was great for multiple guests. They seemed to be in the middle of remodeling with several tasks unfinished ( missing outlet covers and vent covers in kids bedroom. The yard was mostly dead and flower beds full of weeds and the hot tub was green and 107 degrees, so we couldn’t use it. We did enjoy our stay here, but the dead landscaping was a minus for us enjoying the back...

“I give it 4.5 stars. Only downsides were that it's on a very busy street. This is manageable once you locate the property and time the light properly. I was never bothered by street noise. The bathroom is very clean but old so there's no vanity space and the shower can be slightly tricky to navigate. Water pressure is amazing. Kitchen is well equipped and has been updated. Living and dining areas were quite spacious for a small house. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer were handy...

“This house was perfect for our Salt Lake City visit. The neighborhood was quiet and very convenient to restaurants and the canyons. The listing accurately describes the house which is quaint and cozy. The additional office/studio is a plus for anyone needing a workspace. Drew communicates clearly and promptly. We would definitely stay here again. ”
