“Apartment was clean with basics in kitchen. WiFi was good. Hot tub was good. Only downside the pool was closed when I had asked specifically if it would be open. All people in area were great. Lots around to do close by. Would be nice to have a quest book to put in things to do & things not to do for new guests. ”

The space and amenities were exactly what you’d want for a few days relaxing and enjoying SLC. It was a perfect location to the U and downtown. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Appreciated the attention to the details for a perfect stay. ”

“This studio is very compact and pretty basic - basically a hotel room with a kitchen. But if that is what you are looking for (and we were) it is terrific. Easy first floor access, easy parking, very clean, everything in the unit felt new or well tended. Communication with host was easy and excellent. ”

“Yes stay was great. I’m not sure the refrigerator is working very well I didn’t have a lot of food so it was fine but it might require checking into. ”

“This was nice. I had a parking spot right next to the door. They have kids upstairs, but they were really quite. My biggest complaint was the hardwater deposits on the shower head that made the water squirt out in odd directions. Hopefully they'll get that cleaned or replaced. ”

“I loved staying here! It's a good location and the apartment is nice. This doesn't have a secondary lock so I used a portable lock. The water heater needs maintenance, it was loud and kept me up at night. So I just stopped using the hot water at night. The neighbors were nice too!”
