It's a start up operation i may be one of very few who have stayed here. The is immaculate including no blankets for the bed. It's late September at 7000 feet altitude. Highly suggest having blankets available in the closet. Fortunately i pulled an old blanket out my car i use for emergencies.

We were there in offseason, not ski season and before summer started so hotel was extremely empty, which was great. Staff was great, there was a concierge helping plan your day if needed. Pool, hot tub, workout room was all so nice. Room was adequate, clean and roomy. Only 2 miles from heart of park city and down the street from Olympic park and lots of restaurant chains if that’s what your seeking.
