It means you have to wash your dishes by hand BUT there is no hot water tank - instead circulation heaters are used that don't work properly so always takes time to get hot water AND very often you don't have hot water because it just does not work. From the pictures is was not clear to us that the fourth bedroom is in the attic, with a ladder, and really low ceiling. This could be made clear is the desciption. There are some broken/unused furniture kept in there, that could be removed."
