“The treehouse was very nice and enjoyable to stay plus nice and quiet too. It would have been nice to have a known it was above a garage with a lot of stairs to climb. Comfy beds, nice living area, and kitchen. Two things the shower is pretty small with not a lot of pressure to rinse your hair very well, but totally appreciated a shower. Second the 2 twin beds need a little WD40, because they were pretty squeaky every time you moved. We had a lovely weekend. It was a special 65th birthday very……

“We were just driving through and needed a place to crash for the night. The host was accommodating our late arrival (turning on an outdoor light and sending pictures of both parking and the walk to the space) and the space was clean and cozy, ”

“our stay was superior..well located to beaches....and harbor, room was large and high ceilings,,(second floor room) large and high end tv (even my wife was impressed..had a bit of a problem getting the wifi going(my fault) after contacting the management issue was cleared up immediately! ie. the password...would definitely stay at this property again if in Santa Cruz....tx so much pc”

“Great location, great property - as advertised. Initially WiFi didn’t work which was ok as I was exploring the area all day and it ended up working when I got back. Great communication from the host. The property didn’t advertise having an electric kettle but was pleasantly surprised to find one upon arriving. Kitchen and bathroom are updated adding to the comfort and it was nice to be able to cook breakfast every morning. I’d definitely stay here again! ”
