There are only two easy things to do at check out which we appreciated. (Loved not having to empty all the trash cans!) The ocean view is gorgeous and you can hear the waves at night. Great property! “Unit itself was great for pets, and host was very gracious about having a furry guest! Dog bowls, towels, and treats were also provided. Place was clean and super comfortable. Only minor downside is that the neighborhood is not very walkable beyond Ash street, stuck in between two main thoroughfares with not much shoulder/sidewalk/trail space. But just a short 5-10 min drive into downtown Mill Valley! (Also great Wi-Fi speeds!)”
