She provided excellent customer service and her charisma and personality made a great first impression. The room itself was okay, but it did seem dusty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a while. There was noticeable dust in the bathroom, especially along the floor corners. One major factor that impacted my overall rating was the lack of a restroom available near the lobby for guests. During breakfast, several customers, including my family, needed to use the restroom, but there was no public restroom accessible. This caused everyone to have to return to their rooms, which was inconvenient.
