Excellent staff, was met by Natalie and she represents the hotel very well. The hotel is excellent, clean, linens are new and comfortable, mattresses are just right for a good night sleep, and the breakfast deserves another 5 stars. Good management and leadership provided by Mr Patel!

We stayed at this property before our redwoods trip. The location is unbeatable, very close to lots of nature activities, Henry Cowell park. The rooms were clean, comfortable, had a breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a great location just a short drive to Santa Cruz while still offering a peaceful place to relax. The room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, and they were very accommodating to our service dog, which we truly appreciated. We slept great because the area was nice and quiet. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Scotts Valley/Santa Cruz area! Breakfast was delicious!

The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping serviced daily but was not consistent in making the bed each day and restocking bathroom amenities. I stayed for 6 nights and the bed wasn't made on 2 days. Bathroom amenities were missed on 2 days. The breakfast offerings were excellent...waffle maker is always the indicator of a plus to "breakfast included" stays. Espresso coffee machine with many choices such as mocha, latte etc at the press of a button. Hot food offered daily such as bacon/sausage, potatoes & eggs. Also, cereal, fruit, variety of bread etc. All in all a very good place to stay.

The room was clean and customer service was great! The bed was rough, too firm for both my wife and I. The lobby and dining room were uncomfortably warm. And it was cool (not cold) outside. But the heater/AC in the room worked great. The breakfast was decent. What you’d expect. If you want something different, there’s a jack in the box next door.
