"Lovely cozy place with traditions, good food and nice people in a pretty Czech villa. Pets cost extra, which they failed to mention on the booking page, other than that all looked exactly like on the pictures. Our room could use some minor cosmetic renovation but it was very clean and a good deal. I was happy with this choice. "

"Nice place and nice stay. It is high up so if you plan to walk you will have some uphill climbing. Breakfast was good. Spa hours shorter on weekends so plan accordingly. One issue if you have a room without a terrace it is difficult to get air into the room due to the design of the windows and it can get hot when the sun is on your side of the building."

Miss Eva extremely helpful and nice, this lady is there from very early until the night, she is the heart of the hotel. The only negative thing is the size of the sauna, only for 2 , it is located together with small pool and shower and it is not practical. To sauna you go no swimsuit than you shower but shower are together with swimming pool, so dressing back and forth and switching to sauna is not practical. Small...

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay due primarily to a wonderful, caring and humane staff. When we checked in Jana and Petr immediately made us feel at home at this beautiful facility. The warm atmosphere continued throughout everywhere we went including the treatment by the restaurant staff, especially our waitress Katerina.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our very relaxing 4-day stay in Karlovy Vary (Karlsbad), La Bohemia met all of our needs: convenient location, good view, clean facilities, and close by public transportation. The included breakfast was yummy with many choices, and the crepes w/fresh strawberries were a favorite. Size of the room w/high ceilings and a balcony was nice for relaxing and enjoying the view of the river walking areas. An overall lovely stay at a nicely remodeled hotel with a sense of history. Staff is very helpful if you need assistance. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. NOTE: Hotel sits across the street from the end of the bus line making it very convenient to take a connecting bus from the main Karlovy Vary bus station. "Super clean and comfortable place. Beautiful grounds. There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so.
The pool and hot tub were great! The meals were delicious and glutenfree was provided. I recommend a stay here."
"I absolutely loved my stay and my room at this property. I stayed in a single room, on a higher floor overlooking the promenade. The chandeliers, the high ceilings, the vintage furnishings... made me feel as though I was living in a different era. Bathroom was large and modern, water pressure good. And the towel warming rack worked!
The included breakfast offered a decent variety of hot and cold, and the dining room was elegant.
Staff were very accommodating and kind.
Location was perfect. And only a 5-minute walk from where the bus #2 drops you.
I stayed for 2 nights, and was provided with housekeeping service which was appreciated.
The only downside was my mattress wasn't comfortable....almost like I was sleeping on an angle. But I was able to fall asleep. As well, the people above were rather noisy on night #1.

TIP: restaurants will be cheaper in the northern part of town, near the bus stations.
TIP: the tourist info centre is located in Spa 1. It was hard to find, as trucks and banners were blocking the 'i' (for information) sign. "
