"Luigi and Paula were awesome hosts. Their home is absolutely stunning! There was not a single thing that I would change… it was perfect. If I could dream up the perfect Italian Tuscan style villa… this would be it. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for leaving the pool open. My family enjoyed swimming after long days walking in Rome."

"We enjoyed a relaxing time at the Villa. It was spacious and well maintained and the neighbor was very friendly and helpful. The pool and air conditioning made it comfortable in spite of the hot time of year that we decided to go. We do recommend renting a vehicle if you plan to do any traveling away from the villa due to it's being a little bit remote. A train will take you to the Sezze station but from there two buses are required to get to and from the villa. We enjoyed going to the shops...

"Two fantastic weeks in a truly beautiful location - surrounded by old olive trees and overlooking the LePini mountains. A lovely and considerate welcome from the owner who had kindly provided a fridge full of food and drink to get our holiday off to a good start. Always accessible and informative but very discrete - we hardly saw the owners around the property - really only when we needed to speak to them. Very comfortable and unique property - fabulously large pool. Cannot recommend this...

"We spent a very comfortable week in this lovely house. Alfonso, the owner, was a great host and was always responsive and helpful. The area where the house is located seems undiscovered but very beautiful and remains unspoilt by tourists. A day trip to Rome was very easy via a nearby railway station (€6 return). We are a family of 5, with three teenage/20's sons. We enjoyed the pool and ate all of our meals on the spacious balcony. The only things that could have been better were the coffee...

La piscine est un plus qui se complète avec les journées de repos Routes et chemins de montagnes, cela peut surprendre , il faut être à l’aise avec cette conduite surtout le soir … mais les petits villages qui les surplombent sont authentiques et magnifiques . La situation de la maison, permet de découvrir les sites les plus proches à découvrir Rome , Tivoli et nous sommes allés jusqu’à Pompéi ! Incroyable ! Souvenirs gravés à jamais ,...

Restaurants and supermarkets are within 5-10 minutes drive, and the train station at Colleferro (about 15 minutes drive) provides a train service into the centre of Rome. "I don’t even know where to start. What an exquisite property ! Sermoneta is truly divine. This property is absolute perfection. Owner is amazing. Regrettably, we couldn’t stay forever. But if I could, I would ! The perfect location, locals are amazing and the house is ridiculously perfect. We were fortunate enough to stay when the Jasmine was in full bloom. OMG ! The air was drenched in its aroma. Intoxicating! The house was amazing beyond description. Highly recommend !!!"
