“The property was in a great location. The unit was clean and well stocked. There were games, cards and even musical instruments. There were many plug ins available for chargers, etc. The beds were comfortable as well. The unit was beautifully decorated and best of all just steps from the beach. It also is pet friendly though we didn't have ours with us...that is a big plus for those of us that are dog lovers. I definitely would stay here again.”

“The unit was clean and had all the amenities you would need during your stay. The unit is nicely decorated and walking distance from the beach. Parking was easy in our own designated spot. The grounds were so pretty with the oak trees and the azaleas blooming. Communication was fantastic, we would definitely stay here again!”

The only issue I had was during our stay on one day, we came home to both the upstairs and downstairs thermostats being off. “This property was perfect for 3 families with teens! We loved the two washer and dryers and hug kitchen island! We made so many new memories in the backyard with the pool, playing cornhole (that we brought) and having snores around the fire pit. It is a short drive to the beach and restaurants. It was clean and as represented on the website! Will stay here again.”

“This was an excellent property that worked perfectly for our family with small kids. Very clean and great location just across the street from the beach. We love that Amelia Island isn’t too crowded and there was plenty of room for the kids to run and play on the beach. We had stayed in the downstairs unit on another trip and were equally pleased with that unit. Thankful for the washer and dryer in the unit! “Very nice condo unit in the lovely Amelia Island Plantation. Loved having provision of beach chairs and beach cart in the condo. My only suggestion would be installing a curtain in the living room with the sliding glass doors — no curtain made for very bright mornings with sun in the eyes. Overall would stay here again.”

Only 10 minute walk to The Beach Diner great place for breakfast and a quick drive to the main shopping and restaurant area. Only one small advice is to put window/door coverings for Main bedroom as lacked privacy. Great size bedrooms. Wish the pool was heated but loved the backyard.”

It was great to have beach chairs and an umbrella for our use so we didn’t have to bring those. It was just a short walk to the beach and the pool and we had a lovely view of both.
