"We had a great time at White Oaks Villa, lovely pool area, spacious accommodation, lovely views on a very quiet part of the beach. The staff were always very friendly, polite and helpful. We would love to come back again. Anand, the resort manager was great, he made our stay even more enjoyable."

"Absolutely beautiful villa, ideally located for exploring the island. There is a wonderful hotel within walking distance which serves fantastic Mauritian cuisine and a brilliant supermarket 4 minutes away by car. The property itself is delightful. Fully equipped (with everything you would need if travelling with kids). It is very secure and well cared for by the staff (special thanks to Mary, Jovani and Mary Noelle). On a couple occasions we discovered that there was someone in the garden...

"Value for money if you're on a budget. Positives are location with a private beach and kind of out of the crowded spots of Mauritius. Excellent staff and Mr. Shreeni the manager is an asset for their company. He manages his clients efficiently. Negatives are power cuts & related water problems are there, bit of a old villa and not a carpeted one for a 3 star status. "

"Filthy place. Not half what is advertised. Dirt pool, dirty fridge. No free wifi no free cable tv, not even a bed sheet to cover during the night. 2 towels for 4, of which one scratched. Safety concerns with broken elec near the pool. Room not ready on arrival, breakfast not ready the next day (very basic) birds eating the pervious day leftovers in the restaurant kitchen, not clean either."

"We stayed in the villa for 4 nights in August 2024. We had a self-check-in, as our host Francoise was abroad herself. However, Check-in was easy as described, WA-communication with Francoise as well, and there was a telephone contact to a neighbour in case of problems (wich we didn't need). The house is very nice, situated near the sea with sea-view from the upper story. The public beach is some hundred meters away but very nice, clean and quiet.
