“My daughter is coeliac and prior to going to Lugo Rock I messaged to let them know about her special dietary needs, Katie called me as soon as she received the message and was absolutely lovely at asking what my daughter would like to eat for breakfast. She was also there to greet us when we arrived and give us helpful information on the area. Breakfast was fabulous and so too was talking to Trish. “A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. “This was our first time using this website. The hotel was basic, We were not asked about what we required for breakfast. My wife does not eat a cooked breakfast normally. The breakfast was good, nice bacon, eggs but the sausages were not the best. There was no soap either in the shower or. toilet. The toilet had a leak on the outflow which l repoorted.”

“Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. ”
