We really enjoyed our stay! It's lovely to have a kitchen & a beautiful balcony overlooking the Lake! The staff are friendly and helpful and our suite was very clean and comfortable. It's a very walkable neighbourhood, lots of shops and restaurants nearby & a short walk to the GO Station.

Compared to other Shangri-La s Ive stayed at in other countries. This one felt a bit cheap with the layout, decor and snacks/bar in room. Very cash grabbing. Tacky lobby too. But the food as BOSK for breakfast was delicious the housekeeping staff are lovely to speak with and the room size is very big.
