Enjoyed the views of gulf and lazy river to keep an eye on kids , etc. A very convenient unit location. Clean and nice decor, comfy furniture. Needs some updated cookware such as skillets and casserole dishes- pack your own if you plan on cooking.

This beautiful updated condo was perfect for us. Gorgeously appointed and upgrades throughout. Perfect location and beautiful views of beach and the pool. Bedrooms are large. Bunkbed room is small but perfect for children. Large bathrooms. We will definitely be back.

Family vacation

The resort itself was amazing with young kids. The pools were great, the extra activities such as ducky race, airbrush tattoos, and the concessions at the pool were amazing. Short distance to the beach was nice and the chair service was as well. The condo itself left a little to be desired with lack of kitchen supplies and an old coffee pot. The couch was stained and dirty and the wifi was slow or didn’t work

Great views, clean unit

This is the 2nd unit from the beach. Love the amenities here - heated pool, two hot tubs, great gym. The only thing I can think of to complain about are some liquid dish soap would be nice, the ice maker didn’t seem to make ice, and I would have liked some extra blankets for November. All in all a great stay.

Spacious Unit

Unit was great. Very spacious. Loved the balcony! It was huge and great view of the beach and pool. My only dislike is the owners control of the AC that can't be adjusted. I understand doing that for daytime hours but waking up sweating is terrible. Lots of fees are paid to rent these units, I do think I should have the option to sleep with a comfortable temperature.

The condo was nice but does need minor repairs. We had a kitchen chair with the leg barely hanging on it and the dryer took 2-3 hours to dry a load of towels and wash rags and with 6 people and not enough towels and washrags in the condo it was kinda a pain to keep up with on vacation but other then that it was a beautiful place.

Beautiful condo

The condo was wonderful. We had all the amenities we needed. Everything was clean and up to date. We had a pretty good view of the beach. The complex was perfect for our small grandkids, ages 1 1/2 and 5 1/2 years old. From the zero entry pool to the lazy River, they had a blast. I highly recommend this complex for families with small to mid teenagers.

Fantastic view on this unit though the patio furniture could use some improvement. Unit was very clean with lots of towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. Only real complaint was that the dryer is very slow to dry. However, that would not deter us from booking again!!

Gorgeous VIEW and decor

We’ve stayed at Waterscapes before and this unit is my favorite so far. Gorgeous decor and the view is breathtaking! Comfortable beds. Well stocked with towels (stayed 4 nights - didn’t need to wash), hair dryer, utensils, extra bedding, toiletries. Tip: pass flag poles and park in lower garage, use elevator to get to 3rd floor. With condo being so close to beach this gets you as close as possible to your vehicle. Suggestions: condo needs a pair of scissors, dish washer isn’t bolted down - if you pull out upper or lower drawer the dishwater tilts out, we had trouble with living room balcony sliding doors. I was pleased with the cleanliness overall but a few minor things were missed. Vacasa was willing to make it right but there was no need.

Great location, the gulf view was fantastic! Vacasa question about how clean the condo was, was too prompt. They should wait until the following morning. I rated it with 5 stars because it was my first impression. When I went to use the shower it was moldy all around and the shower door did not close. For the price it’s not a 5 stars condo. It doesn’t provide any blankets for the old sofa sleeer. It should be remodeled as a luxury hotel. The kitchen utensils and pots and pans should be upgraded to a better quality for the amount of money we pay. I rented a similar one the year before and it was much better. Front desk workers were polite and I appreciate the messages checking on us. The 1/2 bathroom sink drainage did not work.
