    Come relax at the beach! Gulf Dunes is located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This gulf front property overlooks the turquoise colored waters of The Gulf of Mexico and is close to local vacation attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Relax by the pool or spend the day at the beach! Visit the nearby Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, The Gulfarium, or The Boardwalk. This is the perfect spot in paradise!

    This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom property inlcudes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a seperate dining area with seating for six, and a large breakfast bar. A living area with floor-to-ceiling sliders that provide direct beach views, a 55" TV, a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, 32" Flat screen TV/DVD player, and sliding glass doors to the balcony. A second bedroom includes two queen size beds, a 19" TV, and access to the shared hallway bathroom. A third bedroom has twin size bunk beds with a door for privacy. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

    We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

    We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

    The condo needs a update the living room furniture was very old and ugly the same bath needs a whole redo I will not rent this unit again. The supplies and kitchen very nice Master was good.

    The condo was beautiful and has a gorgeous view of the Gulf. It was very clean and spacious. Kim was very nice and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely love to stay here again!

    This was a great place, would definitely stay here again! Perfect location and an amazing view!
    We stayed for Labor Day weekend and had an amazing time. We all had room for all of us (10) and the balcony was even perfect we watched to sun rise and set on the beach everyday and slept so peaceful on all the beds.
