“Such a confrontable bed, right amount of pillows. Room was clean and smelled clean. Only negative Shower door didn't close all the way so we just put a towel down. We would stay here again.”

“I booked with Hyatt ao my husband and I could be close to the action when visiting the Stockyards at Ft. Worth and I am sooo happy we did. The room exceeded my expectations - bed and pillows were super comfy, bathroom was clean, and the area around the hotel was wonderfully maintained. Parking was on site for a fee, but well worth the peice, as I didn't have to worry about my car. Location is right un the middle of the action, so we had plenty to do and see. Loved our stay here!”

“The staff upon checking in was absent and I waited a while to check in. We had a few problems with our stay as well. I asked if we could be on the ground floor due to my son having autism and being loud. The concierge didn’t say anything and put us on the second floor. I didn’t mind being on the second floor but we were not communicated with. The shower door was taken off as well as a broken towel holder. The towel holder was just shoved into a place under the sink. I called to notify about……

“The hotel is very nice, I enjoyed the large t.v, the comfortable beds and the full size toiletries in the bathroom. All of the employees were very friendly also! But I wasnt impressed with the breakfast, especially for the price. And the coffee was pretty bad. Even the starbucks coffee in the lobby wasnt good, it tasted old. ”

“Our family enjoyed our stay at this facility. The young man working the front desk was very friendly. In fact, all the staff was nice. The only issue we encountered was the comforter on one of the beds was dirty. My husband let the front desk know and we were given a clean one. The young man apologized for the inconvenience. The free breakfast included waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, etc. The room had a mini fridge and microwave. They do provide housekeeping services. Which isn't very common……

“This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this hotel and we were very happy with everything. Just behind the hotel is a walking path around Veterans park. It is well lit and nice after riding in a car all day. The kitchen was equipped with microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and a cook top. The hotel is clean and the personnel were courteous. ”
