"My Partner and I decided to spend Xmas in Winterberg. We chose Ms Thiels property from the photos and its location. Both were accurate and lived up to expectations. It’s location is excellent for access to Winterberg, 10 mins away, the lake and walking trails across the road. The property was comfortable and fitted out meet a home from home experience. We enjoyed our Xmas and stay very much. The only downside is the lack of internet access."

"Ich war mit meiner Tochter 4 Nächte in der Wohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut als Startpunkt für Wanderungen. Zum kochen sind alle Küchenutensilien da, die benötigt werden. Das einzigste was fehlte war ein Gemüsemesser. Das hatten wir mitgenommen, da dies in einer Bewertung stand. Wir haben uns in der modern eingerichteten Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Morgens konnten wir immer auf dem sonnigen Balkon frühstücken."

Wahrscheinlich haben wir irgendwas falsch gemacht, aber auch Google und YouTube konnten uns keine weiteren Tipps geben. Nice hotel in perfect location, friendly staff
"We had a very positive experience at the Welcome Hotel. It is in a perfect location, just take an elevator across the street to get to the beautiful Old Town area. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Kristen Thiele, were all friendly and helpful. Kristen went out of her way to help us with the train scheduling. The included breakfast was wonderful. Our only complaint was that the shower was very small. Overall, a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again."
