"For a tiny house this place was amazing. It was secluded and had breathtaking views of the mountains. The creek was beautiful to listen to in the mornings just sitting on the porch. Excellent communication with property owner, very friendly, and personable. The house was clean and equipped with everything needed for a long stay. We will definitely be back! "

"We loved the creek behind the house. There were so many beautiful flowers. (Watch out for bees!) The kids were able to catch salamanders and crawdads. The firepit by the creek is in a perfect location. The smoke even seems to naturally blow away from the hillside, so you can sit by the fire without smoke going in your face. The kitchen provided metal wire marshmallow roasting sticks (very helpful). The hot tub was clean and in great condition. There is a great waterfall hike up the road. Pulling out of the driveway on a blind curve is a bit scary. It's a good idea to pull out forward. The view from the master bedroom is stunning. You can sit on any of the decks to drink coffee during the crisp, cool mornings. "

"Close to Franklin (10 mins), yet tucked away in a quiet retreat. Unit was exceptionally clean, owners were easy to work with and understood an earlier than listed check-in when family plans got changed. Definitely will recommend to others & will be back. "
