Love this property. Have stayed here many times. Great location, style and personality (scent!), lobby, staff, valet guys are awesome!, Bars are great, coffee shop is great, gym is only okay….views of the parking lot aren’t great—which is what suites have so not ideal….views out the front onto the street are better but can be loud. Breakfast basket is such a nice touch! Love this hotel!

The hotel is beautiful but the staff leaves much to be desired. We got 2 rooms for 6 nights, spent money at the restaurant, overnight parking, room service, and yet they refused to ship a small item we left behind (housekeeping took it by mistake) unless we paid a $25 shipping fee. I’m disappointed by their poor customer service at the front desk. All other staff was good.

"Leann at the desk was AMAZING!!! And looking out over the lake was beautiful. Got to watch the momma groundhog and her babies come out and play every day. Even got to see a raccoon one day we were there. And I love the fact the hotel is right across the street from a beach access on the lake."
