* Single story, light & airy townhome

* Large private deck and private hot tub solely for your use; large outdoor table w/ seating for 6

* Open-concept great room has vaulted ceiling, 55" LED TV, HD cable, DVD player, wifi, Apple TV

* Spacious Master Bed also has 42", wall-mounted TV

* Back deck overlooks a huge open space with spectacular views of the mountains. Sunsets aplenty! Walk 70' across the open space to the Fraser River.

* Kitchen - granite counter tops, stainless appliances. All you need for cooking, including crock pot, coffee maker (drip), coffee grinder, coffee and creamer; blender, hand mixer, pie pans, cookie sheets, serving platters (including 2 large for Thanksgiving/ Christmas), hor doeuvres platters, spices, etc. Plenty of glass and dishware including wine glasses, beer steins, tumblers, martini glasses, etc.

* Tons of natural light in every room

* If you are staying spring, summer or fall, we have 5 fishing poles (including small ones for kids) & tackle box; 2 bikes (average size, one men's and one women's) and helmets you can use. Bike pump also.

* Close to all the restaurants, shopping, bars and activities you could want, yet with that relaxing, quiet, "get away from it all" feel. The open-concept dining, living and kitchen areas allow you to keep an eye on the kids while you enjoy the inside, or prepare meals... even if the kids are playing outdoors in the huge open space. Peaceful and quiet - we are not a condo but a private townhome.

* Just three blocks away is the Fraser River Trail - a beautiful, meandering 2/3 mile path over bridges, past ponds, with views of the Fraser River, mountains, birds and trees. Great for all ages and accessible year-round.

* In the winter, enjoy skiing and snowboarding at the popular Winter Park/Mary Jane resort or Granby Ski Resort; Nordic skiing at Snow Mountain Ranch or Devil’s Thumb, tubing at the local tubing hill (moving ramp takes you to the top!) or local sledding hills. Bring your snowshoes or cross country skis and take a jaunt up the picturesque valley. Or, just walk out our dining room door to the open space! The area offers other winter activities as well including ice skating, snowmobiling and ice fishing. We are 2 blocks from the shuttle pick-up.

Fraser Get Away

Nice single story house located in walking distance of a few restaurants and near Safeway. Fraser River is directly behind the house.Property owner is very easy to communicate with.Wonderful stay.

Really enjoyed our stay there. The back deck was a really nice place to take in the sunsets. The hiking along the river was nice and we hiked some great trails around the Rockies. We highly recommend it!

Don't Look Any Further!

First of all, there was a discrepancy on the rental price advertised online and the owner kindly honored it which we greatly appreciated. Second, the location was perfect for us in Fraser an easy drive to Winter Park Ski Area. Accommodations were perfect for us- comfortable beds, washer and dryer, and room to spread out! We loved relaxing by the gas fireplace each night and we greatly appreciated the brownies and wine at check-in! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, and a crock pot. We also enjoyed the private hot tub with great views! I highly recommend staying here! the iwnw

The communication, including complete and thorough step by step instructions on everything, from the hot tub, to the TV, to the fireplace were outstanding! The cleanliness and upgrades to the interior we exceptional. We will not hesitate choose this property again. Our host made us feel like we were staying with family, instead of renting from a stranger.

Snowy Return

We happened to be staying during a week of unusual snow and freezing temperatures. The “cabin” as our grandson called the home was very warm and cozy. My husband enjoyed the hot tub daily despite the snow falling and below freezing temperatures! This was our second stay here and I know we will be back. Everything was provided for our comfort. Beautiful views of the mountains too.

Peaceful location

We came with some friends and our kids. The backyard was great for playing frisbee and going outside. We used their fishing poles and taught our kids some basic fishing at the river behind the house. The hot tub was great for the evening. We had dinners on the back porch and enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. Everything you need in a kitchen and house.

Great property!

Very comfortable feel! We enjoyed all the little touches that make it feel homelike. We had some very nice walks on the Fraser River Trail (close to the house and near the Winter Park Resort). But our favorite activity was the hot tub on the deck. Beautiful mountain view during the day, and fabulous star filled skies in the evenings. A couple issues did come up, but very impressed with the owner's quick response. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful ski holiday

We enjoyed our stay! The location was convenient to the resort slopes(10 min by car) and to the town of Fraser and Winter Park so eating out or grocery shopping were convenient. The house was a perfect size for our family of 3 and friends who joined us. The entryway had a lot of hooks for hanging ski gear after a day on the slopes andonce inside, we had sufficient room for boots and shoes to stay out of the way after taking them off. We cooked most nights and found the kitchen to be well equipped for cooking and the tea, spices and coffee filters in the cabinet were appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms well lit with plenty of towels and shampoo and conditioner available(we used our own). The location was quiet which suited us.There was a great view towards the miuntains in the back. We had a wonderful sray and would happily stay there again.

Ski Condo that provides all the essentials!

Stayed here with 2 adults & 4 teenagers. Plenty of space. Easy check-in & check-out process. The unit was well stocked with kitchen & bathroom supplies. Very clean. Nice hot tub on the back deck. Full laundry with 2 humidifiers. Located in a quiet, older residential neighborhood. Very close to the grocery store. Easy drive to Winter Park Resort. The unit itself is older. The only negative was that one of the bedroom baseboard heaters didn't work. Everything else was great.
