"Easy access to the property, great directions. Loved that the beds were comfortable and the refrigerator offered ice. The HVAC worked well. We needed 5 beds and that was hard to find, so we appreciate that convenience. The only thing I would change is the size of the kitchen trash can. It is so small, guests trying to use it make a mess to clean up trying to find a place for today’s larger sized carryout cups and containers. The instruction manual for checking out could be clearer about whether to strip or leave sheets on beds, and where to leave the towels used during the stay. "

"I would give this rental a 10 out 5 star if possible. We booked it for a 3 generation family girls trip weekend. It was PERFECT! The host was responsive. There were fresh flowers and bread waiting on us upon arrival. All the light switches were labeled. Homemade soap with the towels on our bed. The pool area and hot tub was amazing "

"We chose this propery because of it’s proximity to where our girl’s basketball tournament was. We had 8 girls ages 9-11 and 3 moms who chaperoned. The house was perfect, it fit us perfectly. Living room and kitchen was a good space for the girls to play games and song kareoke. Property was as described in listing and communication was great. "

"My mother, sister and brother in law stayed here for my daughter's wedding. They said the place was nice and mostly clean. They did mention that they could only find one drinking glass and that the backyard could use a little more but all in all they enjoyed the stay."

"The house is large, lots of beds for a family of 13. Ages 1 to 64. The house is centrally located for the DFW area attractions that appeal to a family on Spring Break. Excellent response time with the owner when it was needed. The pool was cold. One grandson braved a quick pool plunge. The hot tub was great. The cover was split. Unfortunately, the Texas sun does that to tub covers. We would definitely choose this property again if the need arrives. "
