"Absolutely amazing, the host was very friendly and had fluent English which I wasn’t expecting in a rural area. Beautiful location and cozy shared spaces. I only spent one night, and I hope to go back to see more of the area, and would stay here again!"

"Extremely convenient location, 1 minute walk to JR Shizuoka station, a fine view of Mt. Fuji depending on the room location. Very clean and kind staff."
"With so many options near the hotel, we didn't try the breakfast at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Parking is available and convenient. Located across the station with a walkway connection. Highly recommended. "
"I stayed at Birupaku before but in a different suite. They are all different and have unique characters. Clean, spacious, well equipped and best overall, it is convenient.
A very walkable distance from JR station, underground if you choose. Step outside, and you are basically in the middle of downtown Shizuoka. Surprisingly quiet even at night. If you are here for Hobby Square or tea shopping, they are all near by.
Only annoyance I found was the operation of the lights. Helpful if they are labeled.
BTW, for the size of room in Japan. Its a good value!"
"We were amazed at how many amenities there were at this hotel. The breakfast options are extensive and delicious. It's about a 15 minute walk from Shizuoka station. Lots of great restaurants nearby. We had a great time!"
"The room was clean, and front desk staff was extremely friendly. The only minus was the breakfast staff that said in a tone that was pushy and said they were closing soon . I replied there is still 30 minutes left before the end of ‘breakfast’ and that is plenty of time. ( it was a continental breakfast, breads and drinks only, self serve)."
