If this is a 4-star "boutique hotel," I'm disappointed. Everything was okay, but nothing special. The style of the rooms is rather mediocre. Our iron double bed was cramped, and the mattress was noisy. I can't recommend this hotel. There are certainly better, more affordable hotels in wonderful Salzburg.

Everything was more than perfect. The host made us feel at home. All is very adaptable for people with reduced mobility. The showers especially were very well adapted for seniors. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were spotless. If we needed anything more the host was always able to provide. Walking distance to pharmacy, grocery store, etc. I highly recommend this stay.

Beautiful hotel, newly renovated a few years ago. Staff very helpful went out of their way. Breakfast excellent! Minibars stocked with water, beer, juice and snacks and replenished daily. Excellent value for money. Much nicer and much cheaper than our Munich hotel- would stay again in a heartbeat.

Poor wifi, excellent stay
"Everything was wonderful, especially the staff from the balkans, they were amazing. But it is 2025, you have superchargers outside but cant manage to make wifi work even though there was not much guests. This is minimum requirement for the kind of stay and money we spent."

"Basic hotel room but very good value for the money. Just needed a bed in a hotel for my drive on the Grossglockner. Complimentary Summer Card which provides free entry to the Grossglockner and was a nice surprise. Saved me 43 euros."
