BED BUGS!
We stayed one night. The bed was uncomfortable. Felt like an old mattress. Pillows were flat and hard. Thus a poor nights sleep. We were thankful the window opens for fresh air. The bathtub/shower combination is poor. The removable shower head is too low for the average person so either manually hold it or crouch down under it. The worst part was the day after returning home I found bite marks on my body, which within a day became extremely uncomfortable and in the evening hours it was much worse, painful with an awful itch. This lasted for over a week. The only hope for some relief was an icepack in bed. The bites were in a straight line in an unmentionable area. After more research and confirmation it was BED BUG BITES! We won't be staying here again.

Big hotel, plenty of parking, friendly staff and nice buffet food in restaurant but hotel felt very hot all the time in the communal areas, thankfully able to open the windows in our room.

Ok if you need a bed.
We just stayed for the night after a long drive and left early to hit the road again. The hotel was ok for that purpose with a cheap room but not so much more.

Excellent reception staff, room very clean and kept clean, Excellent facilities (Gym and swimming pool) , good transport links into Wismar Town, excellent value for money Downside Tried to get a table in restaurant and they could not squeeze in a table for two. How hard did they try? They could have warned me about the dress code for the Sauna !!!!

Nice Place To Stay In Wismar
Hotel is very convenient to Wismar and to Ostseebad Boltenhagen. The indoor swimming pool and sauna facilities are excellent, although each of the two days that we was there the pool was reserved for several hours for a local group of mothers and babies,about 30 in all. Wow! The dining facilities are nice, but expensive. There are no restaurants in the near vicinity. The computer in the lobby for the use of hotel guests only worked sporadically, and the desk clerks did not respond to complaints, or even seem to really care. The room was a good price for the money.

Das Frühstück als solches ist in Ordnung, doch wird kaum nachgelegt, wenn etwas ausgeht und das Personal ist sehr wortkarg Leider ist das Housekeeping sehr nachlässig geworden, so dass die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig lässt und zum Beispiel die Toilette riecht. Alles wird nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht. Auch die Betten werden nur schlampig gemacht. Positiv fällt das Personal der Rezeption auf.

Bettdecken könnten mal getauscht werden und die Bettbezüge scheinen auch schon sehr alt zu sein. An sich war das zimmer auf den ersten blick sauber. Leider gab es am Abend nur Buffet zu essen für einen für mich unangemessenen Preis. Der poolbereich war super und sehr sauber! Frühstück war auch super.

Saunabereich war schön Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut! Stellung von Bademänteln wäre vorteilhaft Fitnessbereich sehr spärlich wenig einladende Gegend da Industriebgebiet Parkgebühr muss zusätzlich entrichtet werden --> Hotelgäste zahlen genauso viel wie reguläre Parker!!!

Für 1-2 Nächte Ok. Das Schwimmbad haben wir nicht genutzt, es ist wenig ansprechend und der Geruch ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Frühstück ist für den Preis OK, aber alles andere als gut.
