Completely renovated apartment a few steps from the sea, in the center of Nervi, an elegant residential district of Genoa.



The apartment, typical Genoese, located on the second floor without an elevator, opens onto the open-plan living area, furnished with a double sofa bed, cabinet with TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.

The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed equipped with an orthopedic mattress, a dresser, and a closet. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Genoa, a well-known port city and capital of the Liguria region, is historically known for its important role in maritime trade over the past centuries.

Known as one of the most extensive medieval historical centers in Europe, the heart of Genoa is a maze of alleys that unexpectedly open up into small squares, often related, like the churches overlooking them, to important noble families.

The spirit of Genoa lies in the alleys, where different smells, tastes, languages ​​, and cultures perfectly blend in.

In the historical center is the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, in Romanesque style with a black and white striped façade and frescoed interiors. Narrow streets lead to monumental squares such as the Piazza de Ferrari, with its characteristic bronze fountain, and the Carlo Felice opera house.

The Genoa aquarium, the largest in Europe, is unmissable and iconic. Agréable séjour au cœur de Nervi

L’appartement est agréablement situé à proximité immédiate des commodités (petite surface alimentaire en face, service de bus) et permet un accès rapide au bord de mer le long d’une belle promenade. Attention toutefois au parking très difficile à trouver (zone bleue payante) et ne pas emprunter de rues dont l’accès est réglementé (forte amende en perspective).
