This charming 90 m² villa is designed with your well-being in mind. With its three bedrooms, one on the ground floor, and its bathroom with a walk-in shower, you'll immediately feel at home. Additionally, the two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a toilet, for maximum privacy and convenience.
The kitchen, the true heart of the home, opens onto a spacious living-dining room, providing a welcoming and bright space where you can gather with family or friends. Carefully equipped, it meets all your culinary needs, from household appliances to kitchen utensils.
Relax in front of the large flat screen TV in the living room or in the bedrooms upstairs. Your beds are prepared upon your arrival for a restful sleep.
Our villa has a garage and a large enclosed plot of 3000 m² with terraces, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
