"The hotel was extremely clean (and I’m very fussy), room were very big, the breakfast was delicious - bonus point for the chef cooking fresh omelettes, crepes and pancakes every morning. There was a lovely man at reception - super lovely and accommodating (sorry I didn’t catch his name!). There were some renovations happening while we were there which was noisy and disruptive buttttt the hotel’s location, rooms, staff and breakfast was amazing. Hope to go back soon ❤️"

However, our room was 24 degrees, and we were incredibly hot and unable to adjust the thermostat. I asked the front desk to adjust it, but it did not make a difference. "Very happy with the hotel. It was very clean, staff was amazing (recommended the local Bagni Vechi - thermal water SPA) which was amazing.. if you ever stay at this hotel definitely visit it. Got an amazing view on the mountains. Only one negative side - there were flies in the restaurant and I guess it's because of the cows. You will see when you get there.. overall very happy ! "
