It was perfect for me location wise and for my budget : between downtown and my conference at CICG. It has a boutique feel and great park plus lake front across the street . The only downside is that food options just outside are limited. You need to walk down Rue de Lausanne to find more . About a 20 minute walk, which is not that long in the end. Recommended.
