"Absolutely enjoyed being tucked away, up in the jungles, overlooking the Ayung River. The service and the staff were truly amazing. I loved the option to take the free shuttle into the city center daily. I also enjoyed the food!! They had great prices that were comparable based on what you ordered!! I spent my birthday dinner at the resort for their sea food special as well as the traditional dance!! The live music & food was great! Free breakfast options are yummy… I stayed 5 days and would definitely come back!! Thank you to everyone who made my 39th birthday, a great solo trip!! "

"Damara Villas are absolutely phenomenal. Our stay was so comfortable and quiet. The facility is very safe with 24/7 security and cameras. We checked in very late at 1 am and the security was very kind and guided us to our villa. We were also given a personal butler named Gus Abik who was amazing. Anytime we needed something he would answer within 1 min and be at our door within 2 minutes. Absolutely amazing service from him and the rest of the team. All of the employees on the facility were so kind and welcoming. The restaurant on site is beautiful with amazing food. The villa itself was so clean and felt very luxurious and private. Overall our stay was amazing and we don’t have any complaints. Only thing to note is that there are no washer or drier on site, but they provide a paid service to have it cleaned by 3rd party. I would definitely recommend this property, its location is ideal and your stay will definitely be as nice as ours! "

"My wife and I and my wife's sister stayed in one of the 2-BR villas at Dusun Bedugul Asri in September 2025. We were very satisfied with our stay there. We went to the area because we wanted to see the Bali Botanical Garden, which is nearby. It was a bit too far to walk, but the hotel quickly arranged a good driver for us. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully landscaped. It's actually like a miniature botanical garden. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was excellent."
