Perfect location just out of surfers paradise & the busy area it is. Right next to tram stop. Room spacious, clean and perfectly self contained. Across from patrolled beach. Our second stay will be back again.

The property is beautiful but one of our rooms had an obstructed ocean view with construction starting at 5 am each morning. Management did manage to switch the room later in the stay. The views from the other room were spectacular 270 degree of ocean/ river/ city views. AMAZING! The roof top area and BBQ facilities were clean and well maintained. Pool was heated. Close to the beach and tram. Would definitely recommend.

Generally accommodation was good. Lovely building and staff. Our room definitely due for some love/ maintenance, sulphuric smells from bathroom wastes probably as not a regularly used apartment. Advertised as Ocean View Queen but was on the Northwest of tower so didnt have as much of a view as other rooms. Overall good value, just needs a bit of love and maintenance

This hotel/apartment was really a home away from home. The view was spectacular with a view of both the beach and the river. So close to heart of Surfers! I recommend if your taking a trip to Surfers stay at the Rhapsody Resort you won't be disappointed!!!!!

We had a clean and spacious room with amazing views. The underground car parking was a bonus. This was not the property's fault but there are new apartments being built across the road and the construction noise started early, but we didn't find the noise too bad.

I had to reach out multiple times for after hours check-in process. First time I messaged them via Expedia, I was told I would receive it closer to check-in time. I contacted them again a day before arrival and they just responded with a generic welcome message, nothing mentioning late check-in process. Messaged them again and didn't get a response. Had to call via my friend's phone to finally be told that there's a lock box at the entrance. Room was spacious and generally clean. We got a room at the lowest possible level (2). I didn't care much since I wasn't going to be in my room a lot. However the room smelled like barbecue grill, maybe because it was on top of the cafe. You don't get any dish soap which I found annoying, only a single dishwasher tab. Jaccuzi was luke warm and full of children all the time. I didn't use pool or sauna.

Amazing 1 bedroomed apartment which faced the north of the beach, so we got the sunrise and sunset from the balcony, which was amazing. The view was stunning and we had everything we needed to cook. The apartment was super clean and the beds were just how we licked them, firm. There is building works going on next door but it didn't really bother us and the view made up for it. The facilities are great too, a heated pool which you can do lengths in and there was a lovely hot tub, steam room and sauna. You are only 5 to 10 minutes walk from all the shops and restaurants in surfers paradise. Would 100% stay here again
