"Very quite location and walkable from the Salzburg station. There are also buses which which stops right opposite to the property. The check-in was smooth and lady at the front desk was very friendly and explained the city and made very useful recommendations for places to visit. The rooms were very clean and tidy. "We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment at The House for a recent ski trip with the family. The apartment was clean & spacious and rooms were large enough. All the facilities were there to make breakfasts & dinner. Great location, literally a 3 minute walk to the City Express Gondola, where you can leave your rental skis in the depot and your ski boots in a 3 Euro/day boot locker. The only real down side was the cost of breakfast at 22 Euros per person per day, a bit steep so we bought food in from...

"Easy after hours self check in. Breakfast was superb and had a great mountain view!!!! Restaurant was under construction and there was no access to the outdoor seating area, which was a bummer but not the end of the world. Super safe hotel. There were 20 to 30 police officers staying at the hotel and it seemed to be a normal thing. "

The hotel is opposite the funicular railway which connects walkways in the mountains between Flachau, Wagrain and St Johan. Especially fun for families with kids, there is a lot to do! "Was fine overall but it could be better if they take care of few things such as the number of staff at the reception, most of the time only one staff, also room doors luck was removed . The laundry room is available only the time the reception staff are available, 8 to 8. One key point also, the place have no AC and if you close the windows it will be very worm however if you open the windows some insects will be going inside the rooms."
