"Linda is creating a true gem in her property and experiences for guest stays. We were the only couple staying the night we were there and treated to a beautiful and delicious breakfast spread in the morning. She gave us space but was also very personable and delightful to talk with. I wish we had more time to spend there and would love to go back as the property and guest experiences continue to evolve!"

"Booked this property for 3 nights as we were attending a VMI graduation and a wedding. This was perfect. Linda made our stay awesome. We did a red-eye in and were able to check in early for a quick nap. The breakfast every morning was sooooo good. She even arranged a tea tasting, which unfortunately we were not able to attend because of our conflicting schedule. The room was large and comfortable. They use StarLink WiFi so no problems with connectivity. Linda's attitude made the visit in...

"The pictures do not do this room justice! absolutely beautiful and so very comfortable. our 12 year old used the pull out and said it was the most comfortable one ever! Linda is a fantastic host and so very friendly and welcoming. I wish we could have stayed multiple nights. Of all the places we stayed during our vacation this was, by far, our favorite!! "Disconnect from the world and reconnect with each other was our goal and the Jacob Swoope Suite sure did accommodate. We spent the evening talking in front of the fire. Then woke to the birds singing and warm french toast. We loved our stay at the Inn at Meadowcroft and would recommend it. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer."

"We pulled in at 5pm and were promptly greeted by Bill (Judie's husband). He checked us in and gave us a brief tour of the building and the farm. Our room was spacious and well appointed, and the bathroom with the slipper claw foot tub was very nice. It was modern but maintained much of the character we appreciate. Breakfast was excellent, and included an impromptu lesson from Bill on (re)construction of the premises. Unfortunately Judie was under the weather, so we didn't get a chance to meet...

"My wife and I stayed here in May 2025. We loved it, and would definitely stay here again, if we were in the area. The inn itself was great, but Martha (the hostess) was the real highlight of this place. She was very welcoming, and certainly had a servant's heart. The breakfast she made was outstanding. And the cookies were delicious, too! The room we stayed in was very good (including the bathroom), and we loved sitting on the front porch during our first night there. The view of the mountains...
