On 35 m², the accommodation offers two bedrooms with a total of four sleeping places, a bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer, gas cooker and dining table. The apartment has a separate entrance and a 5 m² terrace with sea view, ideal for breakfast or enjoying the sunset. Bed linen is provided. The apartment is located on the upper floor of a well-maintained house with a garden and parking on the property. The outdoor area invites refreshing moments after a beach visit with an outdoor shower. Barbecue facilities can be used by arrangement. The central, yet quiet location offers absolute relaxation. In just a few steps, you will reach the gravel beach, supermarket, restaurants and cafés. The coastal town of Podaca is nestled between mountains and sea and is excellently suited for day trips to Makarska, Split, Dubrovnik or Mostar. The environment offers numerous leisure opportunities: water sports, swimming, diving, jet skiing, parasailing, bicycle tours, hiking or excursions to nature parks and national parks.
