"This is more of a boutique and is nestled in a nice neighborhood. It is clean and a fun place, but not a hotel as such. The best part is the closeness with the owner and his family. "The hosts immediately made us feel like family with their suggestions and eagerness to help out! We wouldn’t have been able to make the most of our time in the national parks without them. The area of the hotel is a little hard to access directly by car, but easy to find a taxi outside and has a lot of amazing street food accessible at all times. And if you need any help, the hosts will surely be able to assist."

"Hotel Boss(Pei Pei) is very helpful, and she can speak English. A lot of foreign tourists stay in this hostel which make this hostel lively. The only problem which my friend is not happy because of NO LIFT. He needed to climb up and down using the staircase. He nagged me few days about it. The indoor swimming pool is not open year round like I thought though and the restaurants close earlier during non-peak travel season so rely on room service if you want food late (it was good food)."

"The location is awesome. Unfortunately, our room faces the road and it is extremely noisy due to the endless traffic, frequent use of car horns (never figure out why) and right next to the bus stop. We tried to purchase ear plugs from the nearby shops but failed. For the location alone, it is still a GO but strongly recommend to get non-road facing rooms."
