The apartment offers two spacious bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed and wardrobe to maximize your comfort. In addition, it features a spacious living room outfitted with a comfortable, large sofa bed and a state-of-the-art Smart TV, ideal for those moments when you wish to unwind and relax.
Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances you may need for your stay. The apartment includes two bathrooms: one adjacent to one of the bedrooms, equipped with a bathtub for you to soak and relax in, and another bathroom with a shower and all the necessary amenities for your well-being.
To complete the experience, the apartment has a charming yard with a table for four people and a sophisticated vertical garden, offering you a private outdoor space to enjoy great moments.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. A great place to stay
This is a fabulous, compact apartment in a great location. It is comfortable, well designed and stylishly decorated. The sitting space is small for 4 people but was ok. Our only desire was for more kitchen utensils like sharp kitchen knives. From here you can find many bars and restaurants, charming streets and the lovely cathedral. The service by the host was really good, meeting us at the apartment and being responsive to earlier requests.

Purtroppo l’acqua calda è insufficiente per fare la doccia tutti e 6 e si fatica ad arrivare con le valigie, però molto bello pulito e centralissimo!
