Grand Turk Lighthouse Tours

This was the best vacation ever! It was quiet, clean, comfortable, relaxing and overall a complete reset! The hotel was immaculate! The grounds were perfect. Pools INSANELY clean. Chairs clean and always covered with two towels set up for you on the spot. The staff was helpful and generous and attentive. The chefs are amazing and every meal I ate was better than the next! The drinks were strong and I never felt like I was being cheated out of anything. I was checked on constantly to make sure I didnt need anything whether I was by the pool or ocean! They helped with bookings and reservations too! Even the guests at the shore club were classy, fun, kind and just an elevated calibur of human! Complete opposite in mexico. Guest here came to relax and enjoy the luxury of calm, silence, great food, alone or couple time and my most favorite part was that there werent any kids runnign around screaming or splashing! I saw a few babies and they were so wonderful. I cant wait to go back here! I will never stay on grace bay after seeing longbay and staying here! This is my new home away from home!

The room was pretty good, spacious and clean. The sliding doors and large windows need cleaning. The windows are disgusting. The outdoor furniture was not cleaned from the day of arrival. Sand was still on the floor and tables 5 days later. Also the kitchen countertops need a good scrub as it appears it has not been deep cleaned. All that’s done are cosmetic touch ups. The food was mediocre. The menu is the same for all dining areas. Breakfast was ok. The food is mostly luke warm and the chef’s special was a guessing game. The property is well maintained and pretty. If it rains you cannot sit on any of the seating areas as the cushions, chairs etc is soaked until the sun dries it out. So evening cocktails around the fire pit only happened 2 nights out of 5. Be prepared to tip everyone for the smallest thing. The staff was incredibly welcoming upon arrival but leaving they were not as warm.
